Backorders & Wait Lists

We do not currently offer the option to place an order for an item that is on backorder. We also do not have the ability to keep wait lists for items that are currently out of stock. In the rare case that you order a product and we somehow do not have sufficient stock, that item will be cancelled from your order, and you will receive an immediate refund, including extra shipping charges (if any) for that item.

When your cancelled product comes back in stock, simply place a new order for that item.

If a product is out of stock but is still visible on our website, you can sign up on the product page to receive an email when it comes back in stock. This is an automated feature we hope helps provide you an alternative to checking our website daily (even though things are constantly changing and new product is added daily. And honestly we'd love for you to be with us all the time. But we understand you have many more important things to do).
